Celestial Touched CreatureNo matter the form, celestial touched creatures are always filled by the celestial qualities. They have shining eyes, a shinig metallic skin, golden or silver hair or just a peaceful aura around them.
Creating a celestial touched creature“Celestial touched creature” is an inherited template that can be added to any living, corporeal creature with a nonevil alignment (referred to hereafter as the base creature). A celestial touched creature uses all the base creature’s statistics and special abilities except as noted here.
Size and Type: Normal Animals become Magical Beasts. Otherwise the creature’s type does not change. Speed: Use the speed of the base creature. Special Attacks: A celestial touched creature retains all the special attacks of the base creature and also gains the following special abilities. Light (Su): Celestial touched creatures can use a Light effect (as the spell) once per day based on its hit dice. Special Qualities: A Celestial touched creature has all the special qualities of the base creature, plus the following special qualities.
Abilities: Increase from the base creature as follows: Str +2, Con +2, Cha +2. Skills: A celestial touched creature gains skill points as an outsider and has (HD +3). Do not include Hit skill points equal to (8 + Int modifier) x Dice from class levels in this calculation—the celestial touched creature gains outsider skill points only for its racial Hit Dice, and gains the normal amount of skill points for its class levels. Treat skills from the base creature’s list as class skills, and other skills as cross-class. Celestial touched creatures gain a +2 racial bonus on Spot and Listen checks. Challenge Rating: +1 Alignment: Always non-evil (any). Level Adjustment: Same as base creature +1.
